The ceremony was blessed by the Bishop of Masvingo Diocese himself, the Rt Rev Michael Bhasera. Fr. F. Dakwa ministered with a teaching in whch he explained the differences in which people are called by God. He also reminded the congregations to asist in the upkeep of the priests, Psalm 116vs12.

He also invited those called to do the work of the Lord whole-heartedly, "munda mukuru vakohwi vashoma"

Sekuru Bhasera ordained the five priets.
